Flat Rate Shipping?
Yes, we charge a flat rate for all products sold in the US!

What is the shipping time?
Custom mats usually ship within 2-3 days.  Mats are shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be sent when the mat ships. The mats are rolled and shipped in a custom box that is about 12"x12" square and is the height of the short side of the mat.  Multiple mats may be shipped in multiple boxes.

What's the largest size mat you offer?
We can make any mat, no matter the size. If it's larger than our stock materials, we use a linking system to connect multiple mats.

What is your return policy?
The goal at CMS is to provide our customers with a high quality specially customized mat that meets all specifications. If CMS achieves our goal and all specifications are met, then the custom products are non-returnable. Many chair mats will dimple over time, because of many factors. Therefore we can not guarantee against dimpling.

If you require assistance please contact us. We are ready to help. If your chair mat is defective, is cut from material other than what you selected or is not cut to your specifications in our ordering system, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and you will receive further instructions.

Do you ship outside of the Continental U.S.?
CMS does not normally ship outside the continental US. However if you have a special need please contact us and we will attempt to assist you with your needs.
